PK365 Login Guide: Sign In, Reset Password & Fix Errors
A quick walkthrough for signing in, recovering a forgotten password, and resolving the most common login errors - plus how to safely delete your account.
How sign-in works

Open the app and go to Sign In
Launch PK365 and enter the ID, username, or phone number you registered with.

Enter your password
Watch for autocorrect changing the first character, and confirm caps lock is off.

Complete verification if asked
Any OTP should arrive by SMS directly from the platform - never trust one requested over chat.

You're in
If sign-in still fails after this, use Forgot Password rather than repeatedly guessing.
Never do this
Don't enter your password on a page you reached through an unsolicited link in SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Always open the app directly, or type the official website address in yourself.
